Seller requests a session from WESQUARE and in turn receives a room to conduct his session with the buyer. This is analogous to a classroom or a consulation room. In reality, it is a connectivity channel between the timers of the seller, the buyer and the server at WESQUARE. The channel is used to measure and control the session duration.
