Artslant is the brain child of three women - catherine ruggles, amber noland and georgia fee. the concept for this site has been brewing since 2004 but the actual development began in may, 2006.
Artslant is built on a ruby on rails platform with web 2.0 enhancements. it is designed to encourage and depend on input from our community. it is our fervent wish that this site becomes a reflection of our contempory art world: its faces, images, triumphs and falls.
