EasyPost produces your letter in Canada and sends it regular mail through the Canada Post system.
How do you print the letters?
Letters are printed using high-quality laser printers. We use premium white letter-size paper which is enclosed in white envelopes. We currently only print in black and white.
What happens to returned letters?
If an EasyPost letter can not be delivered, it may be returned to EasyPost by the local postal service. The letter will then be destroyed without being opened. We are unable to provide refunds for undeliverable letters. It is important to make sure that the address you type is correct before sending!
When can I use this service?
EasyPost is available 24 hours a day, every day. Scheduled downtime for maintenance is listed on the site from time to time.
How much does the service cost?
For a limited time EastPost is free, anywhere in Canada!
