Youlicit : A bookmarking Tools to Minimize Your Online Search

Youlicit is a social bookmarking service of sorts. It’s currently in a limited alpha beta.

With Youlicit, the hope is that you’ll easily find the information you need without having to actually search for it. To that end, it’s an ambitious goal for a bookmarking tool that’s just starting out. It’s got a few features that can help it move towards its goal, though. Taking a cue from Blogrovr and a few other bookmarking tools, Youlicit offers multiple Firefox broswer add-ons for easy access while you’re surfing the web. Stumble on a site, recommend it or find others like it. When performing a search on Youlicit’s site, you’re doing a search for a particular URL. Youlicit will return results that are related to the provided URL, and give you the option of doing a search on any of these results. You’ll also get a list of users that have been recently interested in the site you’re looking up, and viewing their profile will give you a tag cloud (or a list view) of terms they’ve found interesting in the past day, week or month.
