Minglebox aims to be a digital café for young adults to hang out, hear and be heard.

Minglebox aims to be a digital café for young adults to hang out, hear and be heard. Currently, Minglebox has enough web space for students of over 2,000 Indian colleges to get together, share resources, activities and photos, gossip and form private groups. Besides posting their photos, blogs and comments, users can also look up other user profiles. “The idea is to create integration across media – photos, blogging, music, videos provide a single platform for all media,” says Iyer.

To enhance social networking to higher levels, Minglebox is getting ready to launch online events (like a national music talent hunt where users can participate by uploading their music on the site) and enablers (print-delivery of photos posted on the site from a PC or a mobile handset).
